We are excited to announce that we have now joined up with Air IT, a leading UK MSP, in order to enhance our services and support more businesses. As part of the group, both companies will enjoy an enhanced ability to serve clients nationwide.
Joining the Air IT group means we can benefit from the combined technical expertise of our talented teams, whilst maintaining a personal, local service.
We will also be able to offer additional in-house specialist services in areas such as business intelligence, communications and cyber security, expanding on our existing range of services.
Infotech was founded in 1998 by Directors Jason Foord and Stephen Parnell. With a passion for technology, they gained plenty of experience in blue-chip companies before making the decision to share their knowledge with SMEs who needed support with their IT strategy.
We now provide a range of services including IT support, business continuity and disaster recovery, managed telephony and security support.
Although technology has changed immeasurably over the years, one thing that has remained the same is our commitment to helping business achieve their goals through technology.
Our business revolves around our valued clients – we have one of the lowest attrition rates in the industry, an NPS score of 76.5 (the industry average is 24), and to this day we continue to serve the very first customer we gained all those years ago.
We’ve achieved many accreditations and awards over the years, such as the Medway Small Business Award and Investors in People Gold, and have been in the Channel Futures MSP 501 list for the past 3 years. This is all thanks to the wonderful performance of our dedicated team.
We are looking forward to joining up with Air IT and taking the next step in our company journey, which will see Infotech become part of the South East hub for the Air IT group.

As part of the Air IT group, InfoTech are now able to offer a wider range of specialist services and solutions – in-house from a single strategic partner. This will enable us to simplify our clients’ operations and meet their ever-evolving business and technology needs.
This includes access to managed cyber security and end to end business intelligence services for all their data protection and reporting needs, as well as new telephony and connectivity capabilities which are increasingly converging with IT.
