This service provides you with access to an IT helpdesk, where you can get any software questions answered by a dedicated, fully qualified technician, as well as providing you with software problem resolution and basic training via remote support management.
This allows us to take over your PC or server and resolve any software problems or show you how to do something on your PC in real time, whilst also explaining what is happening, over the phone, at the same time.
