Infotech passed its Investor in People renewal assessment first time round once again.

It was 3 years ago that we were recognised as an Investor in People organisation at the first attempt, a rare occurrence as most organisations which aim to be recognised fail to reach the required standard at the first assessment. It was time for a renewal assessment 3 years on and InfoTech passed once again with flying colours.

The Investors in People certificate sets out a level of good practice for training and development of employees to achieve business goals.

InfoTech believe their employees are central to the success of their business, and that it is therefore vital for their staff to be skilled, flexible and motivated. InfoTech managed to renew their Investors in People award first time, as a result of their focus on delivering what they believe in.
