We are looking to expand our technical support team by the addition of a Helpdesk Analyst. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. High levels of motivation and commitment are required to ensure that all calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently, mainly using remote technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a helpdesk/support role for a number of years, be MCP certified and excellent knowledge of:

PC hardware & peripherals
Networking
VPN’s
Internet & email
Desktop software
Windows XP/Vista
Microsoft Server products (Windows 2000 & 2003 server, Exchange Server, SQL server, Terminal server & Citrix)

In addition to the above, a good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and any webserver management skills would be advantageous.

An immediate start is preferred.
